hi i just want wanted to tell u that you are not alone i am alady of 28 years my pb started in 1999 because of this i dropped out of high school i tried to commit suicide and nobody understood me,my parent sent me to mental clinic.
i used to bath for hours and nothing would change.
I get very lonely i dont like being around people because i was embarassed i still am.
this the first im talking about because i thought i was abomormal.
so take courage your not alone.
