Well it is definitely a pattern. 100%. No deviation or surprises. However, I agree there could be a diagnosis for pathological disability. The behavior is just so amazingly upside down and backwards. And inside out. Could be some form of dyslexia of sorts? Perhaps mental instead of vision related?

I've never quite seen anything like the consistency, in my years of psych clients.
