Well - I would guess tapeworms due to the presence of what looks to be segments. Not all tapeworm species are huge. I do not know of any actual bacteria that can morph itself into a visible parasite - but I could be wrong.

Whatever they are - be glad they are gone! If you want to do the Lyme's - then you can - it won't hurt to do it.
