You mentioned upping your iodine.....to how much and what kind and for how long?

side question unrelated to this thread I have been meaning to ask you:

Do you take Borax continuously?
I am interested in this from your posts on helping with candida where Iodine did not....
From what you have learned, does Borax have benefits that taking Boron does not?

I am on Iodine since February after a false start two summers ago and still waiting to see what Iodine gets at and what I have to do additionally......
