what is it that makes one insuline resistant?
it would be maybe easier for me to get to the root cause of that than stop being (mostly) vegetarian.

I mean, my ex is totally addicted to sugars, and they make him way hysterical when he goes too far, but never fat.

What I'm getting at is, if adrenal fatigue is the cause of auto-immune diseases, would it also be then the underlying cause of insuline resistance?
