Hi Forumfolk,
I found this info while digging around for how-to-make-this-setup-work and thought it would be of interest.
In order to decide how long or whether to continue, I am going by whether or not I detect improvement with the foot bath, and am less attached to what the colors may mean, although they're certainly fascinating and they do match what is going on with my body IMO. I may have to change my opinion about that :-).
One thing I am noticing: It is useful to let the bath water settle out for a couple of hours and take a look at it again. After a couple of hours, the colors may look different, and the layers of color and clarity of the color in the water are much more perceptible.
With your feet in there and your toes swirling around, those different layers are obscured, which makes the colors less definite and the bath water more murky. I have also found that taking digital pix saves me loads of descriptive writing.

FYI also on this page, the Ionic foot bath is credited with being instrumental in healing a child of lymphoma (along with a healthier diet).

"...In a common plastic bucket, you place the metal array in clean water that has a little Sea Salt in it. The array puts out a very small current with positive and negative ions that circulate through the body. The oppositely charged toxins attach to them and by osmosis the toxins are pulled out through the pores of the feet. The clean water starts to change color depending on what organs are detoxing.
Dark brown/black- is the liver detoxing
Orange- the joints
Yellow- urinary tract
Dark green- gallbladder
Black flecks- heavy metals
Red flecks-blood clot material
White foam- lymph nodes draining
In all fairness, the water will change color to some degree without feet in it because the metal, water, salt and minerals will react. But what you are looking for is the sludge that floats on the top of the water that stains the sides of the bucket. We found some independent studies done with and without feet and it showed the mucus in the water that just the water, salt and the metal array wouldn’t produce by itself..."
Endquote.
Stay well,
Ladylove :)
