I agree. or if they tell someone to do something different, and something goes wrong, they could lose their license and/or get sued. nothing is without risk afterall. At least with gb surgery, they can claim they adhered to the "standard of care" to protect themselves. the standard of care defense is gone once you stray from the mainstream. sad but true. it means progress will be slow, and much treatment is mediocre.
