i did my first flush about ten days ago and couldn't agree with you more on the use of juice to cut the taste of the epsom salts. i used apple and it tasted bitter, but not intolerable.  i used fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice with the oil and that went down very easily.  and stayed put.  :)

congratulations on ridding yourself of your unwanted visitors.  i don't fit the profile either, but here we are.
