This is my solution to the debate: Don't eat tomatoes in any form whatsoever for 2 weeks prior to flushing or several days afterward. Then report back.

I have discharged a whole sh*tload of these tomatoe-skins (or not) in one go and I had not eaten any tomatoes for quite some time prior, maybe weeks. FWIW
