This is exactly where my twitching is too. It's so encouraging to know I'm not alone. I've read enough on this forum to know this in theory, but when I'm in the middle of weird stuff, I just have to post and "talk" to get through it. My recent posts have been about the difficult week (in the middle of a difficult month) I'm having. Sorry if it has sounded like a lot of complaining. Amazingly, I just started my period a week early. Another reminder to myself that my hormones ARE connected to my autoimmune symptoms. I've never had much in the way of PMS or mood problems (which I think of as more related to hormones). But my "physical" symptoms must be connected to them too.
