Hi Sami :),

My used foot bath water is a little lighter every time too.

After I let it settle out for about an hour I look again (And take another pic). I'm trying to get an idea of how much gunk is at the top and how much is at the bottom, proportion-wise, and how that may change over time.

I'll keep going until I can better identify what the bath is accomplishing.

Now, here's another thought- It would be interesting to switch to new electrodes after awhile and see if anything changes. That, of course, would not negate the benefits, but it might provide more information down the road ref what is actually happening. I know that if the S/S plates have a finite lifespan, something is being removed from them and is floating around in that water.

Are you making sure you remove any metal jewelry, etc.? I forgot to take it off yesterday, but will make a point of remembering from now on.

I am doing the bath in the morning now.

That increased flexibility is continuing to be pronounced after the foot bath- Pretty cool.
