Dilute TEA TREE OIL down to 10% with mineral oil aka Baby Oil, smack it on your irritation, and repeat every time you walk past your bathroom.

Every once in a while, hit the places where you used to have irritation (yes, this should actually help!) with terbinafine or ketaconazole cream, just so you don't end up cultivating a strain of skin fungi immune to TTO.

PS note that this will only fix your skin. Other symptoms are from having the crap inside your system, and that takes some serious meds.
