Taking LOTS of different things right now. I'm doing the 14 week candida rotation protocol by the modern herbalist.
(www.modernherbalist.com) I wouldn't say I'm feeling 100% yet, but I do feel really really good and I know I'm close, just don't know how close. I did do other candida programs before the one that I'm on now and I do think that doing those programs helped. Also, I'm not sure if I need to do another round of this program, so I'm hoping I can get some concrete information on how you know for sure, you're "there"... But I would definitely recommend it..
