When you see people posting about taking the different amounts you mention, they have usually gone through the initial "detox" phase. That is where you work up slowly from one drop per day (or one drop twice a day), adding a drop every few days if you don't feel nausea. Jim Humble has written extensively about this protocol, so I don't want to repeat it. Once you have done that, your body will respond differently to Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in the future. You will be able to handle a 10-drop dose without ill effects, even if it is your first dose of Miracle-Mineral-Supplement in months. But I think it's not a good idea to start your detox with higher doses or to raise your dose quickly. The big D can hit hard when you don't expect it and keep you down for days.
