Hi,

I have constipation/nausea/ food allergy /indigestion/bowel pains/eye problems and many more for a dozen of years.

I have never done any Liver Flush before. Last week only i started doing the tsetsi flush every evening around 7pm. About 12 hours later (in morning), i'm doing an enema.

My results are :
1) skin feels different, especially face, sometimes more colour
2) nose feels different, smaller
3) I'm sweating all the time especially legs and feet (dont know if that is good or not?)
4) I have not seen any worms or stones so far (at least i haven't noticed any)
5) I also do not feel more energetic. First few days i was really tired, now i'm getting bit allright.
6) my eyes have become a bit clearer, but its to early to say.
7) In general after one week i must admit my well being has improved, but only a little bit.

So, I'm quiet satisfied with this method until now. I will continue this method for some more time.

I wanted to know what are the results of other people? Were many people able to remove their stones with the Tsetsi Flush?
