hi ,, i agree with 100% but :

• you should have healthy diet (i tried it without eating healthy  and it didn't work) no salt and acidic food but eating alot of sea food

• use biotene mouth wash and toothpaste 

• and i don't know about the lip balm cuz nothing seemed to work instead it worsened it

• keep hydrated 

• lots of vegs

• multivitamins and fish oil
