Do you mean few days diet prior to the LF?
As long as you don't fast it is ok.
You should maintain the vitality of your body to allow the process be successful.
The apple juice will soften the stones but the extra acid will be felt by hot flashing.
Do however maintain the fat-free breakfest and lunch on your Liver-Flush day.
