THANK YOU SO MUCH, DQ, ANGEL, & WIEL, YOUR SUGGESTIONS ARE SO HELPFUL AND I AM GOING TO TRY THEM OUT!
will post back on anything that helps me ...so far i have tried applying a rag soaked in DMSO and i think (think...) it's helping but i wish there was some way i could create a "pack" (as a castor oil pack, wrapped with a plastic bag) ...but i read that dmso would start to dissolve the plastic and bring some of the chemicals directly into my skin with it, so i can't think of another way that i could hold the rag to my skin with something to wrap it (non-fabric ...i want the trap to hold the dmso in, not absorb it) that would be safe ...if anyone can think of another material i could use as a wrap i would appreciate it!

i have also made a point now to reduce trauma to the leg which, has been hard because i live in a house that is multiple floors (trying not to use that leg ever for stairs, and support myself with my other leg and arms and step gently down) and is very cluttered (things not my own)...

...i was just thinking about ultrasound therapy before i came here today too ...and also was wondering if mega dosing serrapeptase might help with both inflammation and healing of possible torn tissue, what's your take(s) on that?
you are people who help others frequently and have helped me more times than most! THANK YOU FOR HELPING ME SO MANY, MANY TIMES...

missy
