Funny you should mention that about the evening cleanses. Since I cut out all carbs/sugars - I haven't really felt better and sometimes in the middle of the night its the worst.

In fact the other night I awoke at 4am itching and then again at 6am when itching was literally unbearable. I had to jump in a cool shower.

What would you suggest I try? I'm open to suggestions at this point. Should I try the Liver Detox or Candida Cleanse?
