I too experienced dizziness, but only post removal. I too thought of treating it like a migraine. It felt like bad car sickness. I found the only way of dealing when it was really bad was to not get out of bed, which is REALLY hard to do with kids and a full time job. The good news is that each month my dizziness got better. I have only had a approx 5-7 days/month the past 2 months of MILD dizziness. I could still totally function. I would take tylenol and zofran (prescription for nausea). Goodluck
