Thanks for your reply. Reason for my question is that aging men apparently have high levels of estrogen and my understanding is that one must increase the testosterone level. By using progesterone one increases testosterone but by using phytoestrogens like soy or red clover one actually increases estrogen - this looks like conflicting treatments to me.

Can i use progesterone and red clover at the same time then?
