I cut my gum with an almond and it got infected. HA! I was given Antibiotics but I have given up on Western medicine a long time ago. I'm so excited for oil pulling! I started tonight with a table spoon of olive oil and a couple drops of oil of oregano for 20 minutes. I plan on doing this twice a day. Any suggestions?? Is there a better oil I should use? Thank youuu!
