I think the best thing for you to do would be the escalator approach. Start with one drop one evening and increase by one drop until you make it to fifteen or a level of mms that you are comfortable with.

When I first started taking Miracle-Mineral-Supplement I took 15 deactivated drops. I did not feel anything so the next day I took 15 more drops with lemon juice and added water. I was writhing around all night because my stomach was in so much pain. I did not get any sleep and since I quickly drank the concoction I ended up throwing up in the sink AND using the toilet (sorry too graphic!)

Just start off slow and you wont get sick.
