In adition to knowing how much current I need, I also need to know the ideal spacing between the electrodes.

My electrode spacing on my silver puppy is 1 and 3/4 inches. It limits to 1 mA.

Sometimes it takes different amounts of time depending on many factors. Once my silver puppy ran all and it still wasn't done. Usually it takes 5 hours. With the Sota it uses 1.5 mA and it only took me 4 hours for 20 uS. I just checked it every hour and lightly stirred it with the probe.

Some type of stirring system might help. Like a fish aquarium bubbler.
