Sorry to hear of constipation problems.

Hopefully you followed the Dr. Hulda Clark e method, that recommends 2 X Epsom Salts the evening before and 2 X Epsom Salts the morning after, once your plug has gone, you should be in for roaring diahorrea.

Please be aware some floks on this forum prefer to use a Colema Board (look up on Google for sellers) to operform a colonic irrigation the night before to prepare the way and do another colonic irrigation the morning after to remove toxic bile at speed.

Feeling losy is likley to be toxic bile being reabsorbed lower down in the gut, hence it is generally a good idea to have this exit the body at speed.
