That makes me happy, I'm hoping these pounds start comming off soon. Its only been a couple days for me. But fingers are crossed. I did notice my swelling in my hands have started to go down YAY!!

When you say Arthritis feeling in your hand what exactly do you mean?

My fingers have been hurting and I did get scared that it was arthritis. But I'm only 21. They get soo painful sometimes I just dont know what to do.
