Yup. Just like the proverbial frog being slowly build in water this is being moved along. It has to be brought into place. The tracking grid is ready to go. Now they just need the chips so they have something to track.

If there is resistance at all at any time they will bring out the psy op that will create the desire for people to be chipped.

Just like 911 was the false flag that people gave their freedoms away to. Another intel op will plow the away for the acceptance of chipping en masse.
