A friend of mine just moved to Europe, they made him put a chip in his dog in order to bring him along.

People already accept being tracked and traced with their cellphones, the next step in the technocratic evolution is implanted microchips. Add an EMF generator behind their ears and you've got some eager techno-slaves, who will do anything for the next trinket or bobble.
