Apple juice works quite well. If you are interested, I have a week long Liver Flush that uses apple juice, raw apples, potassium broth and olive oil. There is no Epsom Salt used and not much diarrhea. Its hard and takes discipline, but it works. I got it from my doctor. E-mail me if you want it.
