thank you so much for the information. i'm feeling quite good today, thank god for that!! i can actually get up and be busy!! i have been drinking a ton of water, the more water the better i feel. i do still feel the ache deep down so i'm going to try using the ginger tonight.

i was practically living in my bath tub, wish i had known about the Epsom Salts , will get some of that too.

my mistake about stopping the salt water flush if only liquid comes out. its in there but in the section telling you how to come off the cleanse. ok, so i'm normal then, i just thought it would be more than just liquid. thanks again for the great info!! : )
