Just want to throw this out there. Have you considered wheat grass or barley grass for your healing path. You can literally get anywhere from 10 to 30 times the nutrition than from even the best leaf greens such as kale. Also sea vegetables have high nutritional quality.

Just thought I'd throw that out there. You can get lots of quality info on this at the Hippocrates Institute.
