I am so sorry, did not see these posts left after my last response. I take wholehealth.com coQ10 2 or 3 times a day just because Hulda Clark says so and it is indispensable for your general health. However, it never got rid of any Ascaris for me.

What got rid of Ascaris for me was Wormwood , which stuns them, then psyllium & Bentonite clay, which pushed them on out while they were stunned.

On the other hand, maybe coQ10 did kill some smaller ones, I saw all kinds of things come out while I was cleansing with Humaworm & other paracide herbal products, but the giants came out as described above.
