better to take little doses more frequently than few big doses according to Jim.

Above all, stop when your body tells you to. I got brave yesterday, not so far in my current detox run and had already taken 2 doses each 10 drops earlier the day and decided to take another 10 altho my body didn't agree and that resulted in 7 hours agonizing nausea, so don't force the rest of your protocol through when the body can't take it.

You can also dump a Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 2 capsule into a glas of water and apply that topically. Some people have more success with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 2 than they have with Miracle-Mineral-Supplement 1.
