thank you i am better this morning after my initial panic attack. i usually do read things thru before i do them, i guess i just had a momentary lapse. i only did one, and am feeling a little rumbly in the tummy, so i am pressing on. thank you for replying, the forum seems a bit quiet and deserted, i guess there aren't many fasting right now. day 6 for me, shooting for 30-40
