could you tell me the best things to take then if I have a scar on my head ( caused by a biopsy) where no hair is regrowing?

Bit ironic that I had the biopsy done because my hair was falling out, now a big portion has regrown - except you wouldn't know because the scar makes it so conspicuous :(
