thanks for your reply. Alright! Someone who was helped by it, that's good to see. How did you get it down 90% before that though? Did you have any reactions at all to inulin like the extra gas that most people get? What brand of inulin are you using?

I like a lot of what I have read by Hv too. I have tried to ask him a few questions on multiple of his posts, but he hasn't gotten around to answering them, hasn't seen them, or feels they aren't important. The inulin thing was a big one. That and the theory that dead candida feeds live candida. The Science seems to support inulin gungho, but I have seen too many on the yahoo list and this list who cannot take it.
