You did cleanses for the bowels, liver, and candida but not for the kidneys which are responsible for cleansing the blood. The "stink" is something in the blood which the liver and kidneys need to clean out. But if they are congested and need cleansing then they won't do that completely. Also you need to drink olive oil (1/4 cup) before going to bed to flush out the gall bladder. With the gall bladder congested then the liver can't put some of its collected toxins in the gall.
