OK, I will make a note of this and try these things if I feel I'm not improving. I sometimes take an Epsom Salt bath, which I think helps me relax, if not simply for the warm water. Dużo thanks for the help! =)


PS: Moja mama mi tak powiedziała: Patryk, nie przesadzaj! =) Chyba zacznę pić herbatę kiedy wyzdrowieję.
