Those with MS need much more help than one shift of guides.

With the T2 in your hand you may command your guides to intiate Alzheimer frqs for those close to you. You need to be specific which persons though. They will pass that energy on to their guides who will run it until "shift change".
If you time it well like just after the noon prayer time you get 10 hrs of treatment window.

IF they have no guides or their guides see a problem it won't happen.
