Please do not take my posts personal Wen, because I am not posting for "you only". I know this forum had much to do in the past about you and Dameon mostly and kept myself on the side for long enough. I just express myself here with a sense of dignity for everyone.

As for a book from Newport, I also mentioned that long ago. JM retorted that "this" was NP's book. I love it!

Since I really wanted one, I wrote my own by carefully minding myself at learning english at the same time!! I keep handwriting everything that I care not to lose and want to find handy... and encourage others to do so (not on flying leafs though, in a spiral notebook). What has started as a very boring job has helped my brain to survive by putting it at work. YES WE CAN!! (I like Obama's words)
