If Newport ever publishes a book-I'd buy it and in the middle of the night when I'm trouble shooting I could look up stuff. Hopefully it wouldn't be as dense as
Andy Cutlers. But when I'm in a dump, or dieoff, fog, ammonia, fugue state, I can't access stuff in my brain. Sometimes i go to my supplements and try to remember why I bought that as you shared.
I hate to be a burden to NP and bless him for his patience that I wear thin but doing the best I can. Its getting better but its like 3 steps forward and 6 back, then 5 forward and 2 back, etc. etc.
I like your idea about FAQ's but I see a book too. ( :
