Go with your gut and trust yourself, if you think that Kombucha is working for you and you like it, keep doing what you're doing. Don't give it up just b/c doc says so, they don't know everything. We're all here having an individual experience. I personally won't touch fermented foods right now, don't dig 'em. Everybody is different.
