Comparatively Dr Clarks is quick. However I am concerned with the possible effect the Epsom Salts will have on my thyroid.

Treating hyperthyroidism requires a specific diet that I am not clear on yet (just diagnosed). My questions are:
1. Will the Epsom Salts in Dr Clarks flush pose a problem?
2. If I don’t take the Epsom Salts in Dr Clarks what will happen?

I am not big on fasts - or else I would try a flush requiring a two day apple juice fast.
