You've almost certainly got 'candidiasis' aka a systemic mycosis of genera Candida or Aspergillius (weren't you posting pictures earlier???). And that stuff's messing with your mind.

Hit up a doc for anxiety meds or tranqs and some antidepressants. I mean, c'mon, NANOTECHNOLOGY?! That's paranoia starting to set in. Get help, else, next thing you know, you'll be talking to fire hydrants about Jesus.
