I have been following and I maintain that they will do this at some point whether it is in this current bill or not. Also bills are often changed at the last minute. That is what happened in an earlier bill signing under Bush when caveats were added diminishing responsibility by pharma for health problems arising from vaccinations. One little problem reaction solution and everyone will be lined up to get it. it will likely start of as a card Id but then quickly go into an implant due to some designed psy op.

It is part of a bigger plan and has nothing to do with medical info. That will be the umbrella to get it in.
