I've done the dr christophter's eyewyash - one dropperfull with about 8 drops of cayenne. It was INTENSE to say the least. Asked my daughter afterwards. eyes still stinging, "are my eyes red", she replied "no." I need to get back to the eye washes. I've been concentrating on the Lugols (3 dropperfuls in capsules) and dr. christophers's bf&c oil and powder in caps for my scoliosis. I'm already noticing an improvement in my lower torqued curve!
