Oh my, this post sounds EXACTLY like the routine I did for Leaky Gut! And I got the same results in just days, maybe 6-7 days. I also did the vegetable/fruit fast for a few days and I was also able to eat normal yogurt afterwards without a problem.

Congratulations! The combination is a miracle. (I also include Shark Liver Oil, another supplement very beneficial in healing)
