There's a massive & major difference between what we know as "stimulants" and what an "herbal stimulant" actually is.

(Remember, when I link to a site, it doesn't mean I agree with ALL the information on a site...but this site has a great explanation of these herbs and the difference between a stimulant like caffeine, and how an herb classified as a stimulant herb actually works & heals).
