Hi, I'm totally confused and hope you can help me.

Natural progesterone (dermal cream) apparently is beneficial for BHP and prostate cancer BUT natural progesterone INCREASES natural testosterone levels

On the other hand it is said that phytoestrogens like Red Clover is also beneficial for prostate cancer and BHP BUT phytoestrogens DECREASE natural testosterone levels.

Now these two treatments contradict oneanother.

How must I understand it and which one of these two is the best route for BHP and for prostate cancer.

Your opinions will be appreciated.
