I know for one thing that if you get a very strong reaction to probiotics (yogurt or kefir) this means you have a serious case of leaky gut. Thes bacteria are allowed into your metabolism and they should only do so once they have been killed and digested. So they are alive in your system causing lymphs issues, liver issues, bloating and intestinal pain.
